How do I facilitate a return?

What is your lead time?
Our lead time for shipping stock items is 24-48 hours. Please contact your account representative for lead times on custom products.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we drop ship for our customers daily with no additional fees.
How do I measure a reclosable bag?
Measure the bag across from left to right to establish the width. Measure from the zip down to establish the length. The width is always displayed first when giving the dimensions of a bag. For example, a 5 x 7 reclosable is 5” across and 7” from the zip down to the bottom.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide a limited quantity of samples to our customers at no charge. Please contact your account representative to request.

Our bags are manufactured in plants both foreign and domestic in order to leverage the best pricing and lead times for our distributors.
