D Plastics Company was started in 1975 for the purpose of supplying
distributors with their plastic packaging needs. From this objective
R D Plastics has expanded to two plants and a 95,000 square foot facility.
Our Nashville, Tennessee location houses one factory, a warehouse,
and our corporate offices. A second factory is located in Summit,
Mississippi. This location has an annual capacity of 15 million pounds
within a 50,000 square foot facility.
Flexibility has enabled R D Plastics to evolve into a diversified
supplier of both industrial packaging and healthcare packaging during
the past 20 
years.
We have, in inventory, over 200 million bags including reclosable
(zipper) bags, parts bags, packing list envelopes, silverware bags,
mop bags, and specialty products. These products are available for
immediate shipment to your warehouse or directly to your customer
on a drop ship basis throughout the United States. Healthcare products
include biohazard zips, security seals, tape closure bags, printed
specialty reclosable bags, amber zips, and our patented Snap-N-Fill
ziplock dispensing system.
As needs arise, R D Plastics has been able to add product lines, not
only through our manufacturing capabilities, but through our joint
venture import program. This diversification has allowed us to better
service our customers with quality products at competitive pricing.
